My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although not in the best condition with broken items and lacking bedding, were unexpectedly clean and provided a comfortable experience. However, the lack of attention to detail with broken items was a downside. The service was a rollercoaster as the staff were initially accommodating by fitting in an extra person but later accused us of bizarre things when requesting a refund. The location, while convenient for attractions like the river path and the zoo, suffered from being in an industrial area with noticeable dust. On the bright side, the central location made sightseeing easy. Sadly, the absence of dining options except for muesli was a significant letdown during my stay. Nevertheless, the hotel was clean and provided a satisfactory level of comfort overall.

Wow! I was lucky to find a room here when hardly any other hotels had space for that night. The hotel room was well equipped for a longer stay with the kitchenette, and it had everything I needed, including a hot shower and a good bed to sleep in. Plus, it was incredibly clean, which is always a big plus.
